SlickFlick’s take on Mark Zuckerberg’s wedding, Zuck & Priscilla, recently went viral

Here is a new iPhone app that we have had loads of fun with lately, but it is also a very useful tool for storyboarding your movie.

SlickFlick  describes itself as a new platform for making, reading and sharing photographic storyboards on the go.  What the iPhone app allows users to do is create visual stories on the hoof  by adding captions to library images or your own photos then sharing them with friends or embedding them on your blog or website.

Not only has the small London-based startup team managed to develop the app on a shoestring (they have been working on it for two years) they recently announced that Getty images has become partners and is making its entire library available to users of the app.

SlickFlick was founded byMaria Constantinescu with fellow Romanians Mihai Rusoaie, Walter Fettich and work from premises in the heart of London’s ‘Silicon Roundabout’.

To showcase the app Constantinescu made a two-minute presentation of Mark Zuckerberg’s recent wedding Zuck & Priscilla, which went viral.

The easy to pick-up and put-down nature of the app makes SlickFlick the perfect commuting companion, presentation partner or ‘break buddy’.
